Role Overview
As Customer Relations Consultant, you will ensure the customer is treated in a
fair and consistent manner when raising a complaint. You will manage the
process from end to end working closely with other teams to ensure that the
complaint is resolved in an effective manner.
What you 'll do
* Manage the complaints process by taking ownership of individual cases
* Be responsible for discovering and proposing potential opportunities for improving the customer experience
* investigate the complaint competently, diligently, and impartially, obtaining additional information as necessary
* Liaising with internal departments and collating their contribution to the investigation of a complaint
* Appropriate and careful assessment and recording of Root Cause Analysis of complaints to determine trends and support feedback to the business
* Supporting the business in the reporting to the Regulators, Compliance, and wider business of complaint-related matters
* Ensure adherence to ongoing Training and Competency requirements by the completion of training as directed, as well as the self-identification of training needs/gaps.
What you 'll bring
It is essential you have the ability to speak another European language
(such as French, Spanish, German, Portuguese or Slavic languages) and also
English is required. Please clearly specify the languages you speak on your

* Excellent written and verbal communications
* Previous complaints experience is preferred
* Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail
* Excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills are required with emphasis on achieving results and successful outcomes
* Candidates are required to hold a minimum of a Bachelors Degree
