Customer Relations Executive

Overview of the role:
To improve the overall Customer Experience by ensuring the Vehicle Preparation
team adheres to agreed Hertz standards concerning vehicle preparation.

What you will do:
* Ensure that a random check of ‎5 vehicles per shift is done to ensure that the Hertz vehicle cleaning standards are maintained
* Any discrepancy noticed must be promptly reported to Team Leader.
* Ensure all VPAs trained on Vehicle Acceptance Criteria, Vehicle Preparation Standard Work and Damage Identification.
* Ensure that the Huddle board is updated before the start of shift as per template provided
* Conduct a huddle with all VPAs before the start of each shift
* Update the Order of Production Bar with the required vehicle cards as per business requirements.
* Reconcile the manifest with the excel file maintained by the Shift Supervisor
* Ensure VPAs is selecting and preparing correct vehicles as per Substitution Matrix
* Ensure the VPA productivity report is updated on a daily basis
* Daily Car Wash report shared with Team Leader on daily basis.
* Productivity report shared with the Team Leader on a weekly basis
* Maintain proper inventory of all materials required for vehicle cleaning and ensure proper stock is maintained.
* Coordinate with various vendors to ensure we obtain materials at competitive rates
* Ensure the Fuel Consumption is entered daily
* Perform Daily Fuel Consumption Comparison and share report with Team Leader
* Order fuel as per SOP
* Ensure that the cleaning of the yard is managed as per agreement with the Facilities department
* Contact with waste company to remove garbage from yard accordingly
* Check Tank level
* Coordinate with vendor
* Receive service report, handling and reporting Trade Waste Discharge Permit Letters
* Ensure all Lost and Found items are promptly recorded in the Lost and Found items Log
* Ensure all items are properly managed as per the Standard work for Lost and Found items
* Inventory of dirty branches (‎79, ‎120) to avoid ageing vehicles and child seats.
* Perform DSM inventory on daily basis
Ensure all transfers is done correctly. Check in and check out in appropriate
branch. Open NRTs are closed on daily basis.

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:
* Professional communication and presentational (written and verbal) skills
* Excellent interpersonal skills and high level of emotional intelligence
* Excellent customer interaction skills
Minimum Experience:
* Over ‎2 years' experience in managing people in a logistical role
* Over ‎5 years' experience working in the automotive industry
Job-Specific Skills:
* Excellent team building skills
* Demonstration of leadership qualities
* Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
* Ability to plan and organize effectively
