Managed Services Recruitment Strategy
* Develop targeted sourcing strategy for recruitment of Managed Services with a focus on graduates/ entry level roles in the Jordanian market (with potential for this to also include KSA and Egypt)
* Develop targeted candidate selection strategy e.g. assessment centres, video interviews etc. in line with our PwC Network benchmarks for Managed Services
* Advise on Talent Attraction / Marketing requirements to build candidate brand awareness in the relevant market (Jordan/ KSA etc.)
* Consult with PwC internal stakeholders to align and sign off on agreed Managed Services sourcing & selection strategy ("Managed Services Recruitment Strategy")
Managed Services Recruitment Project Management
* Manage the execution of all Managed Services related recruitment activities, events, and communications for the duration of the contract
* Engage and coordinate with key stakeholders regularly to understand and meet the Business's evolving recruitment needs
* Oversight and direction for local recruiters in execution of the sourcing strategy
* Manage the first wave of Delivery staff recruitment in Oct-Dec 2023 - including overseeing candidate CV screening, assessment, interview and offer process in collaboration with the central recruitment team and in accordance with PwC's standard recruitment practices
* Provide regular updates to the Business on real-time status of recruitment progress
* Identify opportunities to improve the Managed Services recruitment process for subsequent recruitment waves
* Manage and escalate risks in a timely manner to the Business

Minimum Education and Specific Qualification:
* Bachelor's Degree - preferably in HR or Business Management /Administration or equivalent
Years of Experience:
* Minimum of 6 years of professional work experience in talent acquisition or equivalent with a leading firm, preferably in the Middle East region
