About The Role

Assistant Manager in Supply Chain Administration manages the systems
perspective of the procurement operations while overlooking maintenance,
creation and modification of system data. Ensuring the workflows are mapped
correctly and maintaining the integrity of item codes master database is a
crucial part of the role, together with maintaining the security of
transactions. You will work with very high volume of existing and new items
and evaluate the relevance of incoming modification requests before
implementing the change in the system. In this role you should be able to
assist all user of our procurement system and conduct training sessions
regularly. As Assistant Manager you will also work closely with IT department
on any system upgrades or projects involving procurement systems.

About You

To be successful in this role you need to have at least a Bachelor's Degree in
Computer Science or Business Administration and/or equivalent of ‎4 years
experience in procurement systems administration. You need to have strong
command of Excel and ERP systems as well as demonstrate analytical approach
towards data management and process streamlining. We're looking for candidates
who consistently seek to improve the standards of their service delivery and
exercise strong focus on system data integrity and correctness. Ideally you
should have experience in a well reputable global organization and be
comfortable working on multiple project simultaneously.
