* Maintenance of specific customer master data
* Order entry and follow-up of availability dates until delivery creation (incl. incompletion check and solution)
* Independent export processing
* Transport coordination & special deliveries
* Inventory management
* Complaints & returns and credit management
* Working in customer portals
Wen wir suchen
* Successfully completed economic studies or 1-2 years of vocational technical training preferred
* Experienced in working with SAP
* Professional experience in logistics or distribution and customer service
* Computer literate: Microsoft Office Tools
* Customer-oriented thinking and experience in dealing with customers
* Organized, detailed and good Communication Skills
* Ability to follow instructions and work cohesively in a team atmosphere
* English language skills on a high working level
