Financial Manager (m/f/d)
HUGO BOSS Middle East FZ LLC | Dubai | United Arab Emirates | Full-time

We are looking for a Financial Manager (m/f/d) who wants to make a difference
and drive things forward.

What you can expect:
* Manage month-end and year-end close process from start to finish. Own the entire accounting cycle - financial statement, accounts payable and account receivable for Middle East Entities
* Substantiate financial transactions in preparation of the financial year end audit.Oversees internal and external audit reviews, Facilitates planning of external audit materials and external financial reporting
* Manage Accounts receivable ensuring on time collections
* Support the international finance teams by ensuring compliant lease accounting adhering to local GAAP and IFRS ‎16 requirements
* Manage a team of four staff
* Preparing, reconciling and reviewing indirect and direct tax filing in UAE VAT & Income Tax Qatar and ensure the processes and ERP system are in compliance with the current tax laws and regulations.
* Taking responsibility for ensuring the accuracy of the accounting and control; information held in and reported from the organization's accounting systems
* Supporting the head of the department and senior management with corporate services in developing and delivering the organization's financial and business strategy
* Ensuring accuracy of financial and related information held outside the finance systems, such as by HR, membership, or in programed budgeting systems
* Assisting in the production of the draft year accounts, supporting schedule and liaison with the auditors
* Planning projects exploring potential problems or opportunities, ensuring that resources and staff are available to execute the project. Carrying out any necessary research, analyzing it and concluding on that information
* Support and advise staff on contractual and other ongoing arrangements with suppliers
* Preparing and analyzing cash flow statements, income and expenditure accounts and balance sheet accounts
Your profile:
* Professional qualification in Finance & Accounting (CA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA)
* ‎5-‎8 years of progressive experience
* Excellent Project Management skills - demonstrated ability to manage projects and teams
* IFRS16 & VAT experience is essential
* Retail experience is advantages
* Pro-active in identifying improvement areas, and willing to learn and re-apply
* Versatility in taking ad-hoc responsibilities / tasks, given the small size of the team
* Able to work within a diverse environment
* Good communications skills
