Job Description:


  • Ensuring the operation of the reception - answering calls, taking care of incoming guests, incoming and outgoing mail, purchasing office supplies and other necessities, communicating with clients, taking care of the kitchen, etc.

Job Requirements:


  • Experience in administration min. ‎1 year

  • user knowledge of MS Office

  • Experience in a similar position is a big advantage
