? Perform export administration tasks
? Prepare proforma invoices for customers
? Prepare shipping instructions and coordinate shipments with freight
forwarders, suppliers and inspection companies
? Prepare shipping/export documents (BL, Commercial invoice, COO, Packing
list, Cargo tracking notes …) to ensure customers' clearance of goods at
destination
? Provide continuous communication to the customers & orders follow-up with
the suppliers, shipping lines and banks
? Update and follow-up third parties invoices ' settlement
? Follow-up potential customers ' claims
? Comply with Internal KPI and back up process
2. Candidate 's Profile:
Experience
? Previous experience in international trade and/or logistics is a must
? Knowledge of LC is compulsory with knowledge of ISBP and UCP
