Requirements
* Tracking and monitoring timely renewals of service and supply contracts, licenses & Lease • Office upkeep and hygiene to be managed through the service agency, including frequent pest control as per schedule/requirement. • Ensure supply of pantry consumables are replenished from time to time through local procurement. • Processing and tracking of invoice for all service related to the office such as Telecom, Shuttle services, printing & Stationary, legal fees, petty cash expenses. • Supporting new employee induction, providing workspace, access card, laptop, etc. • Coordinating with the IT team for Laptops supply and maintaining the inventory. • Maintaining inventory of access card, stationary, etc. • Coordinating with the local authorities for license renewals, new applications, as required • Supporting business related events, from placing orders for props, banners, booking the banquet space, coordinating for the food and other arrangements • Managing client visit to the office as per requirement from the relevant business. • Hotel bookings, Visa support for visiting employees.
