Do you want to help improving healthcare standards for laryngectomy and
tracheostomy patients in Middle East region?


In Atos Medical (a Coloplast Group company), we are on a mission – to bring
better care to patients worldwide and to enable more people with chronic
conditions to resume a normal life. In Middle East we are searching for a
business leader to take on the role as Regional Sales Manager to strengthen
our position and accelerate our growth across the region.


The position


As the Regional Sales Manager for Middle East (Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Qatar,
Bahrain, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Libya, Oman, UAE, Iraq), you will be
responsible for the development and execution of an ambitious growth agenda
for our laryngectomy and tracheostomy businesses in the region.


Your responsibilities


Drive sales and build Atos & TRACOE product preference in dedicated region
Deliver on sales targets and other defined KPIs
Build and maintain long-term relationships with your customers
Identify and develop new opportunities through market analysis
Build region and individual countries growth agenda
Attend medical events
Visit customers such as HCPs and conducting product trainings in cooperation
with the distributors. Train distributors and their staff
Visit your key customers across the region
Conducts regular status and strategy meetings with the customers
Organize and support product launches


The position is based in UAE, Dubai but you will be required to be present F2F
with your customers regularly. You will report to our Managing Director,
Distributor Markets.


The ideal candidate


You have a strong business acumen and always takes a customer centric
approach, being an expert in medical devices business and the markets dynamics
of the region and needs to be strong analytically.


You always look for growth opportunities and is a visionary who can set the
direction for others as well as being an enabler who gets things done.


You have solid experience managing and executing on business plans, as well as
a strong track record delivering above-market growth and balancing short
versus long term priorities by focusing on key priorities and the big bets
that will ensure our long-term success.


Personal characteristics


Ability to set direction and high ambitions yet involving and ensuring shared
accountability developing strong business plans and executing on them
Exceptionally strong business acumen, analytical skills and in-depth
experience of the medical device, entrepreneurial and strong strategic
thinking yet execution focused
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills effectively engaging
with users and customers, KOL’s, government stakeholders, team-members, and
colleagues across the Atos Medical organization
Unimpeachable ethical standards and a strong commitment to the Atos Medical
business ethics standard


More about you:
+‎5 years of experience including sales in the medical industry, engaging with
external stakeholders and KOLs
In-depth knowledge of tender processes in Middle East countries
Commercially astute – strategic acumen coupled with hands on operational
experience and strong performance management tool-box
Experience working for a MNC within the life sciences industry
You are curious by heart, see opportunities and get energy from evolving your
business
Track record delivering above-market growth and experience from working and
leading sales development within the region
You are a strong communicator, who can convey complex or technical information
in a simple manner. You are fluent in English and Arabic.
