Team:
The Client Partnerships team is looking for a Partnerships Manager to manage
and drive its East Europe business. As a Partnerships Manager you will be the
designated expert for your industry and will be tasked with defining the way
forward for long-term business relationships.
Success in your role requires an overall understanding of the digital media
ecosystem - deep connections with the digital industry and an ability to
evolve in a fast-paced demanding startup environment.
You will be evaluated against your impact in terms of marketing budgets
revenue generation as well as the strategic initiatives you will carry forward
towards positioning TikTok as a key platform for companies in your industry of
focus.


Responsibilities:
Business Management



  • Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing book of business

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target accounts.

  • Serve as external product expert, educating clients on TikTok product solutions and best practices to help them achieve greater results through building compelling data-driven storylines that are customized to their business needs

  • Developing a comprehensive sales strategy for the managed portfolio of clients that optimizes sales growth

  • Regularly reviewing clients' performance and designing individual sales strategies to maximize revenue and customer engagement

  • Gathering and analyzing customer insights and business intelligence to inform sales strategy and tactics

  • Presenting sales progress and realistic forecasts to the management team

  • Collaborating cross functionally to ensure improvement for product, process and client relationships

  • Playing an instrumental role in the external narrative of TikTok in the market and staying up-to-date with industry trends, competition, and technology advancements. Build partnership with Central Asia & Eastern Europe clients, agencies and ecosystems


  • Serve as the voice-of-the-customer providing insights/feedback on product, operations and opportunities to build and expand TikTok for Business solutions in East Europe
    Cross Functional Collaboration




  • Work with Client Solutions Team for ensuring effective campaigns management



  • Work with Marketing team to develop pitch narratives and case studies, and take part in industry events and conferences to be positioned as a thought leader

  • Work with product team, on feedback and suggestions of ads solutions, systems and tools, for the clients and agencies

  • Work with sales management team, on the risk control and healthy clients portfolio

  • Work with all other cross-functional teams to improve the efficiency and build long term growth
    Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree or above in the relevant field

  • ‎6-‎10 years of overall working experiences, ‎4-‎6 years of digital marketing experiences, ‎4+ years of digital media sales related experiences

  • Experiences in working with cross-functional teams

  • Strong understanding about East Europe digital marketing ecosystem, industry and creative trends

  • Demonstrated outstanding leadership and ownership over the managed business

  • Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding revenue goals, preferable with complex multi-business clients

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Excellent verbal and written English and Russian

  • Self-starter, fast learner, creative, outside-the-box thinker and strategist
