Job Purpose: To work with Emirates Airport Services, Business Planning and
Development team and Learning & Talent (L&T) to confirm all EKAS training
requirements are collated and discussed to ensure training plans are developed
to suit the operational priorities. Support BPD and L&T in implementing the
Business Partnership model to ensure that all training investments are
measured against business outcomes to achieve the necessary results.
Qualifications & Experience: Airport Operations.Other : Degree or Honours
(12+3 or equivalent) : Degree in Business Administration Experience: Degree 2
years (Airport or Airline Operations) Knowledge/skills: - Experience in a
training/facilitation role within the area of expertise. - Should be fully
proficient in the use of all MS Office core applications, with a high standard
of both written and spoken English. - Proven ability to work independently
with a minimum amount of supervision. - It is preferred that the jobholder
holds a training qualification equivalent to City and Guilds International
Certificate in Teaching and Training.
