Bachelor 's Degree in Psychology or Business Administration
Solid experience in recruitment and selection processes at the operational,
administrative and middle management levels.
Experience in managing Human Resources processes (assessments, training,
organizational development, talent management).
Experience in similar positions in industrial fields (Preferably).
