SUMMARY OF THE ROLE:
* HR Analyst, Data & Systems
* Working at Dubai
The HR Analyst will be the lead in the journey towards Digital, Process and
Data-Driven HR. This role will produce business-critical people insights to
enable the business and HR to move faster and make better decisions by
applying analytics and research to our employee data. This role will lead and
drive standardization and automation projects in HR to improve HR efficiency
and enhance employee experience.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
HR Data & Analytics Management
* Identify, analyze, and interpret trends, connections, links, and inconsistencies/errors in complex data sets and processes.
* Create a people analytics vision and strategy that will include data-driven support for HR and business stakeholders across the employee life cycle
* Confident in handling, structuring and analysing data Total Rewards Experience (Compensation, Equity, Benefits, etc).
* Proactively provide insights and recommendations to help drive decisions. Partner with senior-level stakeholders to solve their needs for data.
* Review processes to increase employee experience, achieve operational efficiency and improve productivity
* Review and ensure HR operational procedures and processes support business needs and add value.
* Lead HR technology initiatives including managing the budget for the implementation, and maintenance of HR systems.
HR Automation & Technology Adoption
* Integrate key HR systems/databases for analytics, tracking key metrics and automating high volume processes.
* Automate high volume/sensitive admin/HR tasks and processes to improve accuracy and efficiency.
* Proactively drives activities that are necessary for the success of internal customers in the adoption and use of HR technology and analytics.
* Implement solutions to HR related issues or processes.
* Partner with Global team on the data integration of HRIS systems to other company systems
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
* 5+ years progressive work experience applying analytical methods to business problems, driving improved decision-making and outcomes; Regional and HR experience preferred.
* Extensive knowledge and skills in Excel and Power Platform (Power App, Power Automate), SAP HR, Success factor
* Skills in designing and developing business dashboards and data visualization in Tableau and BI platforms
* Ability to work effectively under pressure with multiple deliverables
* Strong presentation skills including building meaningful materials, presenting effectively to leadership and responding to questions on the fly based on in-role business context and acumen
* Effective interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to collaborate with others, and articulate complex messages and requirements.
* Must be well-organized and very detail-oriented.
