THE POSITION
Effectively represent and promote Boehringer Ingelheim (BI) Diabetes products
to existing and potential customers, by presenting how BI products benefits
their patients and increasing market share.


Tasks & responsibilities
‎1. Sales planning
* Builds and executes an effective Sales Action Plan with the objective of maximizing BI business in assigned accounts and to ensure achievement of sales and market share targets/objectives
‎2. Sales execution
* Works closely with Field / Regional Sales Manager in executing an effective Sales Action Plan with the objective of maximizing BI business in assigned district to ensure achievement of district sales targets/objectives
* Plans and schedules daily visits with existing and potential customers to deliver BI's assigned core product message through multichannel approach
* Precise & full understanding and utilization of medical knowledge about therapeutic area and related products.
‎3. Stakeholder Management:
* Build strong and long partnership with all Key stakeholders and Ensure their full awareness of BI product benefits to the patients.
* Propose customized partnership programs for both prescriber and payers that need to build the productive business relation between the account and BI.
Requirements
* Minimum ‎1 year of experience in Saudi Market.
* Institution sector experience is a plus.
* Diabetes experience is a plus.
* Profound communications and presentation skills.
* Very Good Command in English.
