Our client, a Leading Insurance Broker in KSA is looking for a General Manager
to Develop and enhance their strategy and Corporate Sales Portfolio.
They are seeking a Dynamic Individual who is not only commercially astute but
has extensive knowledge of Business Operations and monitoring P&L performance.
* Drive the growth of Corporate Sales and create a solid network of strategic partnerships in support of the company's key priorities and bottom-line goals.
* Work cohesively with the Board of Directors and CFO in monitoring and controlling the P&L.
* Oversee Business Operations and actively participate in resolving operational inefficiencies.
* Align the organisation's sales objectives with Business strategy through active participation in corporate strategic planning, sales strategy development, forecasting, sales resource planning, and budgeting.
* Promote and support the recruitment and development of Sales Professionals to contribute to the company's strategic goals.
* Accountable for planning and proposing the budget and financial requirements, keeping in mind its impact, and ensuring its efficient utilization.
Requirements**
* Charismatic - Must be able to represent the Company brand.
* Must have good communication skills and be able to manage stakeholder expectations.
* Well-versed with the KSA market.
* Important that the ideal candidate fits into the culture and has strong Business ethics.
* Humble yet confident in decision making.
* Must have long-term commitment.
* Currently based in KSA.
* Flexibility in traveling within GCC - KSA, UAE and Egypt.
