Job Description
Our Client: A new start-up launched by a conglomerate to cater to the needs of
the oil and gas industry.
Your Role: You would have managed P&L in your earlier roles. Responsible for
deploying the overarching strategy. You would look to hire the right team and
drive the acquisition of new clients in the upstream oil & gas arena,
overseeing the manufacturing hub. You would look to rapidly gain market share
and expand the presence of the business opportunities. You would also look at
engaging new oil & gas well service equipment manufacturers. Driving business
development, contract negotiations, mentoring the team and holding
accountability for the P&L would be your key KPIs.
Must Haves: Armed with a B. Sc degree in Mechanical / Electrical engineering
with preferably an MBA. You must have an in-depth knowledge of the upstream
industry and well service equipment, along with already well-established
networks in the industry.

both our key stakeholders' clients and candidates. Keeping this in mind we
