Key responsibilities:
Strategy/Product Management
* Identify market trends, opportunities and customer needs
* Own the execution of global initiatives and strategy within the Area
* Build bridges between Product development, Operations and Sales
Carrier and Customer Relationship Management / Procurement
* Support the CEN function in maintaining carrier relations
* Drive cost reductions by optimal allocation with carriers and contracts
* Actively build strong relationships with all Stake holders
* Own customer experience
Pricing Management
* Area responsibility for all Air Freight Pricing activities incl. but not limited to Price setting
* Execution of pricing ;
* Product development;
* Trade lane development;
* Go-to-market strategy;
* Delivering and executing the annual plan for strategic initiatives for growth initiatives
* Driving the annual top line and volume growth of the product
* Deliver product and sales information and material.
* Strategy and Margins
* Meet compliance at all times to regulations. This includes internal policies and procedures such as Operational Process Standards (OPS) and external government regulations or customer's policies / requirements.
Performance Management
* Manage and improve the performance of the Service/Product in the Area
* Product profitability - Focus on maximize revenue, EBIT and GP through upselling and cost management
* Strengthen the engagement with global network and drive value through the network
We are looking for:
* Bachelor's degree
* Minimum 4 years' experience within logistics sector.
* Strong Air product knowledge
* Strong customs clearance Knowledge
* Market knowledge.
* Strong Supply chain and logistics background.
* Negotiations Skills;
* Analytics Skills
* Sales and marketing knowledge;
* Strategic vision;
* Strong leadership skills - previous leadership positions;
* Advanced English is mandatory.
* Self-starter and directed.
* Experience in costing and pricing.
* Solution design.
* Culture openness.
* Excellent team player.
* IATA Certified Dangerous good Category 6
* Completing the IATA Cargo introductory course ( added Value )
* Strategic and structure approach follow up on actions to completion.
* Effective interpersonal skills, including proven abilities to listen, comprehend, effectively communicate clearly and concisely to obtain positive results
