About this opportunity!
We are looking for a Project Access Supervisor to ensure that the access
issues to customer sites are resolved by following up with multiple internal
and external stakeholders which includes but not limited to (security
Managements, Military, Royal Guard, Police & Private Entities, customer…etc)
in order to complete the project delivery.
What will you do:
*
Interact with Customer, Rollout (NRO) Team, for site related activities at
each stage
* Ensure the management of performance and risk in environment, occupational health & safety (EHS)
* Build and develop an impactful service team culture by proactive attitude, teamwork focus
* Perform, report and close activities
* Have basic knowledge of telecommunication Industry and standards
* Ability to work on day and night activities whenever needed.
* Ability to work on emergency weekends activities whenever needed.
* Ability to travel whenever is needed
You will bring:
*
Education: Highschool, Associate or bachelor 's degree
* Knows how to communicate well in English and Arabic
* Minimum 4 to 8 years in relevant experiences
* Delivering results & meeting customer expectations
* You will plan, coordinate, lead and supervise
* Following processes, procedures, and instructions
* Deciding and initiating action
* knowledgeable in the work area of responsibility
* Dependent on work area typical experience from working as coordinator between different teams and customer
* You should have experience in customer relations and good technical skills
* Awareness of all EHS statutory requirements impacting Ericsson in the market
This role will be hired in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
