Trilogy: exceptional coffees, smart and stylish coffee machines and

premium coffee.
Nespresso worldwide since its launch has enjoyed growth year on year. Our
ambitions for coming years are sky high. Currently we are looking for Brand
Communication Manager
with mission to:
Build Nespresso brand awareness and drive Nespresso's brand image by execution
and evaluation of the global media strategy & campaigns and develop, execute
and evaluate communications to local market needs.
Key responsibilities on the position:
• Localize and execute the global media strategy based on the local market
needs and develop ATL & BTL campaigns and materials for B2C commercial
channels
• Lead new campaigns development together with the Zone or promote additional
campaign in line with the local market needs
• Establish and leverage long-term relationships with key media networks and
counterparts
• Continuously use "test learn" approach in digital to find right and
effective instruments which will work on different level of brand funnel
Maintain knowledge of relevant media technology and tooling
• Drive marketing events for all channels
• Develop, execute, and evaluate (corporate) communications for all channels
(in line with local market needs)
• Use different targeting instruments (e.g. wide vs targeted, 1st, 2nd and 3d
party data) to ensure wide coverage of target audience
• Ding the right instruments to ensure messaging personalization in Social,
Display and OLV
• Be responsible and guard the (visual) brand identity and tone-of-voice, e.g.
by supporting the adaptation and creation of all communication with an expert
opinion on key messaging
• Manage Media Mix Modelling to ensure media investments efficiency
• Evaluate the media strategy, and media and creative agencies on performance
against KPI's
• Maintain media flowcharts and budgets
• Take active part in Media performance strategy (SEO, SEM, Programmatic)
development and implementation to ensure the consistency and unity in
communication and key messaging and qualitative conversion in purchase funnel
• Drive the organization's business results by making tactical and operational
decisions by building the department in a sustainable way
• Define and drive the right initiatives to achieve business results
• Drive improvements and efficiencies in the organization by collaborating
with other departments
• Attract and retain talent, develop the personal effectiveness of employees
by regular coaching and implementation of learning activities
• Build a strong team where team members collaborate effectively and
understand their shared goals and purpose
• Set individual performance goals that provide a clear line of sight to
organizational priorities and monitor progress towards achievement of goals
To succeed in the role the following experience and competencies will be
essential:

At least ‎8 years of experience as Communications or Media Manager, or as Brand
Manager with strong digital and/or media responsibilities
Worked for a premium brand with an FMCG mindset
Existing network in media
Experience in managing external agencies
Strong organizational or project management skills in a commercial environment
Accuracy and attention to details
Results-driven, high-energy, innovation minded
Very good command of English
