Manager, responsible for driving operation, cost & asset optimization, and
operational efficiencies in all Petrochemical sites within Kingdom. An
experienced professional supporting and enabling Origin Hub product families

global supply chain solution with extensive focus towards (Origin Hub
Management) as well as supporting investment agenda.

Key Responsibilities
Product
* Execution of Origin Petrochemical Hub strategy for site in alignment with Area Depot & Strategic Project Manager head.
* Act as sparring partner to all Petchem Site managers in Saudi Arabia.
* Responsible for full life cycle of a site including finding optimal locations, procurement, man power solutions, vendor management etc. Within scope of petchem sites.
* Continious improvement & optimization of assets
* Set up Operational processes and procedures, optimization of assests.
* Driving cost management and optmization initiatives.
* Site implementation and customer implementation.
* Formulating Standard Operating Procedures.
* Tender handling support to Area Depot & Strategic Project Manager head
* Customization and localization of the products within the framework
* Assist in business generation, ability to see potential product package offering.
* Supporting sales with developed solutions basis customers' requirements.
* Keeping data base of potential suppliers and vendors.
* Prepare possible tie-up, collaboration & investment opportunities.
Operational excellence
* Manage the operations of the location
* HSSE & compliance adherence
* Manage subcontractors needs and used at this locations for Origin Hub services
* Drive compliance & regulatory adherence
* Sites operating basis security / IT standards

We are looking for
* At least Bachelor's degree
* Based in Saudi Arabia, ideally in Western Province.
Incumbent must attend his/her work daily at site.
* Minimum 5 years' experience within Petrochemical logistics sector.
* Strong Warehousing, Yard Management, consolidation knowledge within petrochemical. Experience in setting up new warehouse / Consolidation facility is preferable.
* Strong Supply chain and logistics background.
* Ability to design SOP, process flow, process optimization.
* Self-starter and directed.
* Experience in costing and pricing.
* Solution design.
* Culture openness.
* Commercial acumen.
* Excellent team player.
* Strategic and structure approach follow up on actions to completion.
