Purpose of the Job
Ensure compliance with local labour laws and legislations at all times,
including maintenance and renewal of various company documents and licenses.
Close liaison with Head Office Human Resources and Finance Departments
Job Accountabilities/Key Responsibilities
* Responsible for arranging and obtaining employment and visit visas for all employees, and ensuring renewal /cancellation of same as applicable.
* Co-ordination of final dues payments/final exit for separated employees
* Maintain accurate and up to date records of employee and dependent documents such as passport, iqama, insurance and driving license copies
* Maintain an up to date report of all Iqama details and ensure compliance in line with Saudisation quota
* Renewal of Trade Licenses and other relevant company documents.
* Ensure that the Company provided accommodation lease agreements are renewed on time
* Keep HRM's posted of any new legislative changes introduced by the KSA Government.
* Provide support during accidents/emergencies where either Aggreko or contract employees are involved and liaise with police stations as applicable
* Liaise/co-ordinate with the payroll specialist to ensure accurate payment of salaries each month, including deductions for GOSI
* Management of company vehicle lease and mobile phone contracts
* Good working knowledge of relevant Government portals such as GOSI; Chamber of Commerce, Ministry of Labour, Qiwa, Moddad, Taqaat
* Recruitment and onboarding of local and expat employees in co-ordination with head office recruitment specialist
* Accurate translation of any documents to English and vice versa

Person Specification/Job Requirements
* Have a valid KSA Driving license
* Minimum ‎05 years experience as a PRO
* Knowledge of KSA government legislation
* Competent use of Word, Excel and Outlook
* Fluent in English with good communications skills
* Able to speak & write Arabic
