Roles and responsibilities
Materials Planning:
* Generate material requirements for Production Plans with the use of MRP Planned Orders/Purchase Requisitions & Purchase Orders.
* Frequent MRP Master Data update and obtain the required information on MOQ, LT, Safety stocks.
* Monitor Materials Stock levels and ensure their availability for the production plan.
* Establish and maintain appropriate safety stock levels.
* Highlight material constraints that could impact production plans for the short or long term.
* Identify materials with continuous bottlenecks situations & plan to mitigate them.
* monitor near expiries or expired materials and try to replenish or deplete them efficiently.
* Monitor the phase in phase out materials with minimum obsolete value.
* Follow up with the production planners and the purchasers to ensure timely arrival materials in factories.
FG Planning:
* Coordinate with the demand planners to get the forecast with max accuracy.
* Place the orders of imported FG according to the sales demand and stock availability.
* Coordinate with our worldwide factories supply team to ensure the freshness and readiness of our FG orders and shipments.
* Coordinate with the import team to arrange the shipments on the right time.
* Identify gaps in supply or Demand plans and propose the actions to mitigate the risks.
* Monitor the stock level and ensure it is aligned with settled targets.
* Work proactively and ensure the max availability of products and minimize the OOS across the kingdom.
Reports
* Raw and packing Materials availability.
* Imported FG visibility.
* Inventory value.
* OOS Report.
* Monthly KPIs
* Orders forecast accuracy
* CFR.
