POSITION SUMMARY

In this role, you will focus on the development and the implementation of
Supply Planning strategies and policies. It will key to manage the Supply
Network across the market to meet customer service objectives whilst
maintaining product freshness at the optimal inventory levels.
A DAY IN THE LIFE …
* Ensure the right supply planning process by creating weekly supply plans.
* Collaborate closely with the factory and address and improve the production line efficiency.
* Analyze and evaluate the supply plan and net dispatch requirements to satisfy customer needs mastering network complexity and taking into account the supply constraints.
* Plan and optimize mixed loads considering transportation constraints and costs.
* Balance product availability with optimal inventory levels to drive cost reductions ensuring the right material in the right location.
* Conduct capacity planning to gain proactive visibility and analyze exceptions on supply constraint to make business decisions and mitigate the risks - conducting Scenario Planning, What if & Capacity Analysis.
* Consistently achieve sustainable Customer Service Level for domestic and Inter-Market Supply (IMS) within the working capital and freshness objectives by ensuring that the weekly planning process is executed on time.
* Establish stock policies for Finished Goods together with receiving markets for exports and sourcing markets for supply. Periodically review the stock level to pro-actively look for solutions in case of deviations.
* Determine key issues with volume variance that may impact the inventory level and supply.
ARE YOU A FIT?
* Bachelor's degree, preferably Business Administration, Supply Chain Management & Logistics, Industrial Engineering.
* At least 2 years of Supply Planning experience.
* Experience in LEAN/ Six Sigma processes is an advantage
* SAP experience is a plus
* FMCG Experience is preferred.
* Proficient in excel
* Demonstrated strong communication skills
