Supply Planner

Job Description
Nalco, an Ecolab Company, is looking for a Supply Planner to join its
industry leading Nalco Water team and help make the world cleaner, safer and

In this role, you will be responsible for handling demand & supply for export
business, equipments planning and managing production & inventory at required
levels across network stocking locations to meet customer service levels. This
includes building & maintaining clear communication & cooperation with demand
planning, sales, and customer service to the manufacturing operations to
address supply and resolve customer service issues.

What You Will Do:
* Interfaces with different functions including sales, regional teams, suppliers and procurement staff on a daily basis to coordinate expediting of components to support service level
* Daily, Weekly supply & replenishment planning cycles for export and equipments
* Daily, Weekly & Monthly reporting on progress & gaps to key stakeholders
* Identifying gaps in performance from demand and supply perspective to pro-actively manage inventory
* E&O reporting and analysis to determine plan of action with bad or non-usable stock
* Continuous supply chain improvement initiatives and projects
* Master data management, both maintenance and product launch facilitation
* Ad-hoc support for supply chain overall, backup for demand & supply planning team members when and where needed
* Placing PO's to local & international suppliers & sister companies efficiently and effectively to balance inventory levels
* Achievement of desired KPIs (SIFOT/DIFOT, Schedule Adherence, etc.) based upon responsibilities and R&R.
Position Details:
* Position is located in Dammam - 2nd industrial city
Minimum Qualifications:
* Bachelor degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field of study.
* Excellent skills in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications:
* Supply Chain experience in Planning or Logistics
* Experience in SAP, JDA or FST systems
* Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
* Effective at dealing with resistance to change
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and strong analytical/numerical skills.
* Self-driven and results oriented.
