Management Trainee Program
This program provides you with the unique overview and insights to the
business, brands and functions. It comprises of several rotations across
different roles for a duration that may last up to 18 months!
For your first rotation you will go into: Business Development within the
L'Or eal Dermatological Beauty Division.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Tailor Joint Business Plan according to the customer needs to achieve targeted growth in Sell-In, Sell-Out, Market Share, E-Commerce, Stock Coverage and Service level.
* Analyze Sell-Out data, stock on hand and work closely with the supply chain team to update forecast according to business needs.
* Develop joint Score Card with Key Accounts to track monthly KPIs and measure performance and reflect on the right action plan.
* Conduct monthly reviews with Key Account category managers & buying teams to review performance and take the needed action.
* Report competitive activities such as new launches, promotions, activations, re-innovations, and work on defense plans accordingly.
* Highlight opportunities, risks and challenges to direct manager, internal stakeholders and set expectations to relevant stakeholders.
Requirements:
* At least 2-3 years of experience within the FMCG business or similar domain.
* Starting Date: July 2023
