Job Description
Qualifications and abilities
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related field
* ‎5 years related business experience handling Government relations
* Fluency in Arabic and English
* Excellent contacts with the Government entities and Law Enforcement Authorities in Saudi Arabia
Responsibilities
* Manage security Admins
* Manage administrators
* Manage procurement officers
* Manage document control officers
List of key activities
* Contacting and coordinating with All Airport authorities and security departments related to the service contract
* Being in charge for all security permits process and procedures with close following up of the concerned parties.
* Updating and reporting for all new procedures and polices related to government regulations.
* Researching potential vendors
* Comparing and evaluating offers from suppliers
* Negotiating contract terms of agreement and pricing
* Prepare reports on Purchases
* Administrative support of department
* Administrate, process and archive information and requests
* Assuring the site team following the regulations, instructions.
* Being responsible for documentation systems process, procedures.
