General Description: The main objective will be to re-enforce our supply
chain collaboration with the different KSA stakeholders and ultimately improve
service and cost to serve. The Key Account Supply Chain Manager will also need
to coordinate and work closely with the distributor customer care and the 3PL
team in order to support their process improvement and deployment of best
practices.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain an open and full collaborative supply relationship with all actors.
* Guarantee the quality of sales forecast from a client and product level.
* Organize and manage quarterly supply review meetings with our Key Accounts.
* Monitor product supply risks and notify customers of potential issues.
* Align and achieve collaborative KPIs from a customer perspective.
* Collaborate with the customer to optimize the catalogue ensuring catalogue reliability and productivity.
* Identify and deploy the improvement opportunities at ATS / MLS that will enhance L'Oreal supply performance.
* Structure and align with commercial as well as the customer on Logistics General Trade terms.
