Job Description
Our Client: A fastest-growing automotive leasing company in Saudi Arabia is
looking to hire a Workshop Manager.
Your Role: In this role, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional
service experience to the customers. Develop team members and manage day-to-
day operations. Lead the service & operational excellence and generate revenue
as well through selling service and maintenance. You will be responsible for
driving continuous improvements to facilitate exceptional team output and
customer service by partnering with operations teams on strategic execution
and expansion requirements.
Must Have: At least 8+ years of relevant experience. Bachelors Degree or
equivalent professional experience. Prior leadership experience in a service-
focused industry; automotive experience would be highly preferred. Experience
in leading teams and managing a diverse group. Strong in the leading field,
technical repair or manufacturing teams. Technical acumen is required.
