About You
As a member of the Key Accounts team, you will maintain working relationships
with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and identification of
potential new sales opportunities. You want to be part of a company actively
dedicated to sustainability, inclusion, wellbeing, and career development.
You are Holding Saudi Nationality (as per government requirement).
Do you have what it takes?
* At least 1 year experience in a sales position
* Experience in FMCG business with reputable companies as sales representative is preferable, but not a must.
* Strong sales and interpersonal skills.
* Fluent in both English & Arabic
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify appropriate prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business in all service categories offered.
* Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct demos and relay objection handling.
* Prepare professional, complete, concise, and accurate reports, proposals, booking packages, and other documentation as required for executive-level presentations.
* Achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs and following a defined selling process with potential buyers, often utilizing product demos and presentations.
* Coordinate with other sales reps to ensure company quotas and standards are being met, performing market research and regular competitor monitoring.
* Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
* Work proactively to avoid any financial disputes with customers; ensure collection targets are met on time & in full.
* Implement sales & marketing activities as per set targets & business plans for the assigned territory.
* Building & maintaining excellent relationship with the customers.
* Ensure the achievement of the sales Targets & KPIs & reviewing sales performance, aiming to exceed targets.
* Responsible for the merchandising activities within the assigned territory
* Updates the team with timely & accurate market report.
* Responsibility to suggest Competitive activities, distribution, and pricing strategies.
* Gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements.
* Coordinates with various internal departments to ensure good quality service to the customers and other stake holders.
* Ensure the timely processing of invoices and the collections from the customers in coordination with the Finance Department and as per company policies.
