ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES
It's an 18-month, fast-track development programme to a management job for
high potential fresh graduates and young professionals. The aim of the
programme is to raise future leaders of BAT Finance Team.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
* Has interest to pursue an international career in Finance
* Has a Bachelor 's degree (minimum)
* A fresh graduate or has up to 1 year of experience
* Possess leadership traits proven through extra-curricular activities
* Has strong analytical skills
* Has drive and ambition
* Is internationally and nationally mobile
