Key Responsibilities:
*
Plan and coordinate the deliveries of export and import shipments
* Closely communicate with customers, Vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient planning and execution
* Analyze transportation data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
* Stay up to date on export/import regulations and trends
* Resolve problems and troubleshoot issues to provide customer experience
* Reporting daily status to customer and internally
* Ensuring KPIs are met and timely/accurate system updates
Qualifications:
*
Bachelor's degree in supply chain or other relevant field
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in Logistics or Inland transportation (preferably containerized)
* Customer-centric with a proven track record of providing excellent customer service.
* Planning and organizing, stress resistance, ownership
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Transportation Management Systems
* Fluency in English and Arabic
* Willing to relocate and work on site with high flexibility
