Distribution & Aggregation Specialist
JOB PURPOSE
* Execute effective and efficient compliant operations with strong control and monitor over distribution center activities and services.
* Drive the optimized initiatives for positive cost control, Stocks movements and Aggregation operations excellence.
* Execute operations with exploring continuous improvement in all services delivered to customers.
KEY RESULTS / ACCOUNTABILITIES
‎1. Inbound stocks shipments tracking and stocks receipt
* Receive Inbound Shipments Documents and process related purchase orders on time.
* Maintain a hard and soft tracking files of inbound shipments.
* Liaise with Logistics Service Provider to confirm that complete set of shipment clearance documents are available, and data are checked.
* Create and Issue IBRICS Documents related to clearance.
* Follow up on shipments' status with Logistics Service Provider and inform relevant internal stakeholders with delays to assess impact on markets sales in plan / TM.
* Check that goods were received with correct quantities and as per invoice batch data and reflected in the right location on SAP system.
* Communicate with IT team for cases of systems GR (goods receipt) interface failures.
* Track Logistics claims raised to Supply sources and their investigations results.
* Liaise with the TRM and SOP leads on the products needs stickering activity.
* Receiving and revising the Monthly 3PL activity invoices and making sure its matching with our records also to ensure issuing its DMF and following its approval till it get closed.
* Follow up with Quality the release of each shipment to ensure the goods invoicing to customers.
* Follow up with Regulatory the release of any shipment blocked by SFDA for any reason.
* Align with the S&OP leaders on the Monthly supply plan and ensuring its collection from the European DCs as well as our KAEC PLAN.
‎2. Inventory control activities
* Monitor and control KPIs for stocks receipts and storage condition.
* Perform monthly stocks reconciliation analysis between Sanofi SAP S&D system and LSP WMS system to ensure inventory system and storage locations compatibility with RCA for gaps and CAPA.
* Execute destructions of stocks in line with SOP, internal control, compliance, Quality and HSE/ Safety controls.
* Performing the Annual Physical count without deviations and ensure Inventory physical stocks matching with both the 3PL WMS and Sanofi SAP unity.
‎3.Aggregation
* Handle creation of work orders on MTS and HTS and follow up the Re-Aggregation and De-Aggregation was well performed.
* Ensure that all the WTS activities took place correctly and on time for all the Receiving and Dispatching activities.
* Ensure that all transactions were interfaced with RSD system and maintain any changes or updates on the Middleware.
* Execute Decommissioning on the Aggregation machine.
* In case of any Machinery H/W, S/W problem, online tickets should be issued immediately and follow up with Local IT and Antares Team until solving the issue.
* Responsible for maintaining and updating the Master Data of GTS.
* Performs technical troubleshooting; code debugging; and problem solving for machine.
* Performs independent audits and reviews and validates databases to ensure data integrity on monthly bases.
* Develops and enforces SOPs related to Aggregation.
* Assists in implementing effective Aggregation analytics practices that drive decision making; improve efficiency and performance.
* Managing the 3PL team workorders related to performing Aggregation tasks.
* Communicates regularly with SOP leaders; IT team and operational staff to ensure database integrity; security and optimized performance at the application and database level
* Update Monthly/weekly KPIs & Reports to monitor performance of aggregation & local 3pL performance.
‎4. Maintain Compliance
* Abide by the requirements of the internal Code of Ethics including but not restricted to maintaining high professional standards of conduct in line with the Company procedure with a duty of care to the reputation of the Company
‎5. Ethical Leadership
* Takes personal accountability to use personal experience and knowledge, as well as the training and tools provided by Sanofi, to maintain a good knowledge and understanding of all ethics and governance relevant to the role (Sanofi Policies and Procedures and any relevant legal requirements) and demonstrate personal leadership in applying these to all work undertaken.
* Escalates any decisions, or seek the support of colleagues or amendment if personal knowledge and understanding is not at the level required to carry out an part of the role.

its requirements. Escalate any doubts or uncertainties to their supervisor and
/ or manager.

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
* Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply chain Or
Logistics (Or equivalent).
* Experience and Knowledge:
Microsoft Office (Excel advanced, PowerPoint and Word),
SAP system experience - a plus.
Good Knowledge on IT Technology "Software, Hardware, application, etc.)
* Languages:
English - full professional proficiency
Arabic - full professional proficiency
French - a plus
* Skills:
