A DAY IN THE LIFE …
* Assist in managing and executing Nespresso's digital strategy for the website, mobile application, and eRetailers, and support in implementing online marketing campaigns.
* Help monitor and report e-commerce performance metrics including, traffic, conversion rates, acquisition and retention, and customer engagement
* Assist on managing the digital path-to-purchase and customer journey from New Member Acquisition to sales and retention
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Sales, to ensure alignment between e-commerce and overall business objectives
What will make you successful …
* Fresh graduate with a bachelor's degree in E-Commerce, MIS, or Marketing.
* Availability throughout the entire program (6 months).
* Work well with Microsoft Office.
* Strong communication
