We are recruiting for an E-Commerce / Marketing Executive / Social Media
expert to join the team at Rosewood Jeddah hotel.
We invite you to join the team of Sales & Marketing, where you will be
responsible to create, plan and execute innovative Social Media, PR and
marketing communications programs that will increase awareness and positive
perception of the hotel, services and personnel. This will develop and
generate awareness of the hotel through all media.
This role will require an exceptional level of attention to detail and
knowledge to go through targeted communications plan and marketing campaigns
and assists in the development of all marketing and advertising initiatives.

Responsibilities
Maximize opportunities for publicity in all forms of social media, including
independently monitoring Social Media channels where our business may have a
presence and respond/interact accordingly; full autonomy to monitor primary
channels which include but are not limited to: Twitter/Facebook/Instagram,
Google my Business, TripAdvisor
Capture on-brand digital content (videos and photos) based on a storytelling
way to support digital communications and social media objectives
Work closely with each department at the Hotel to help provide clear social
direction, ensuring all conceptual and creative ideas meet objectives, key
brand strategies and timelines.
Prepare social media statistics for use in overall monthly, quarterly and
yearly Public Relations report (Marketing Month End Scorecard).
Manage and develop strong relationships with key social media influencers;
Speak and write knowledgeably on the hotel
Qualifications
2-4 years of work experience
The ability to draw strategies with clear KPIs
Possess a genuine team work attitude with an interest to communicate
extensively with the food and beverage team and other operational departments.
College education in Marketing Communications or Digital Marketing is
preferred
Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English & Arabic.
3 years' experience in a similar PR, Marketing or digital marketing role
Experience in ecommerce, SEO, PPC, Email marketing, and social media is an
asset
Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best
practice
Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment, preferably in a high-end luxury
establishment
Candidates should have a warm and welcome smile and a positive attitude
Maintains the minimum operating standards including the Rosewood standards
Saudi Nationality only
