Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented HR Specialist to join our
team! In this role you will support in managing all HR procedures and ensure
smooth day to day HR operations.
Perform a variety of human resources, personnel and office administrative
tasks.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
* Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives
* Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
* Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities.
* Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
* Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures
* Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
* Conduct New emloyees orientation.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
* Saudi National having Bachelor's degree in Human Resources (or related field) with a minimum of 3 years HR Operations experience.
* E xperience in Staffing coordination with project teams .
* Experience in using Microsoft Office specifically, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
* Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills.
