Job Description
AECOM are currently seeking a Quality Lead, to be based on a major historical
program, in the Medina region. The Quality Lead would enforce the development,
implementation, communication and maintenance of quality systems policies and
procedures for the program, according to the approved quality system. The
successful candidate will work alongside the Program Director and Leads to in
ensuring that the project quality awareness is implemented in full throughout
the workstreams.
Responsibilities:
* Provide leadership by enforcing the AECOM quality system and policies.
* Ensure consistency between the ePM, PDS and IMS/PMS systems within the assigned country.
* Assist the Program Director by supporting the Tender department and project management with the preparation of quality plans and other quality related documentation, whilst providing guidance / review towards the processing of the sub-parties and supplies as required.
* Plan and perform internal quality audits on the AECOM management system and report to the Regional QA Lead, whilst managing the external third-party audits.
* Monitor the quality auditing performed within projects and provide auditing guidance to project quality team where needed.
* Report the monthly quality statistics, trends and areas for improvement observed by the country quality team, such as form auditing, NC assessments, KPI assessments, etc.
* Ensure that the documentation related to the quality system is complete, accurate and properly maintained.
Please note: This role is based in a remote location.
Qualifications
* Civil Engineering Degree or a related field, incorporating quality qualifications.
* Certified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001 (latest version)
Additional Information
* A minimum of 15+ years' experience is required for this role.
* Experience in major programs, is essential.
