Under limited supervision, oversees the Employee Payroll functions to ensure
accurate and timely processing of payments and charges to employees.
1.Reviews and approves the processing of employees ' payroll to ensure their
legality, accuracy, proper documentation and timeliness.
2.Monitors the cash management of "KFSH Payroll Account" and the budget of MOF
101-201-202 to ensure that budget allocation is not exceeded.
3.Ensures that proper and accurate filing system is maintained for all
reference documents.
4.Prepares periodic reports and statistical information in order to assist
Management in the cost control of payroll.
5.Prepares periodic reports on the availability of funds.
6.Maintains the smooth interface of the Payroll System with the Ledger System
and sees to it that proper control procedures are followed.
7.Responds to employee inquiries concerning the computation of their salaries
and benefits.
8.Participates in various committees and projects as appointed.
9.Initiates the development or needed updates of internal policies and
procedures involving the Section.
10.Evaluates staff performance and counsels them on areas of improvement.
Master 's or Bachelor's Degree in Administrative sciences major in Accounting
or any related discipline required
Five (5) years of related experience including two (2) year in a supervisory
capacity with Master 's Degree, or seven (7) years of similar qualifications
with Bachelor's Degree is required.
