(Kuwait) Looking for a Junior Sous Chef (Italian Cuisine) for a 5 star luxury
hotel.
About the Role:
As Junior Sous Chef (Italian Cuisine), you will be responsible to assist for
the smooth operation of the Italian Section ensuring maximum guest
satisfaction, through planning, organizing, directing, and controlling the
operation.
Responsibility:
* Assist in the training of all employees in compliance of company procedures.
* Assist Head Chef to supervise the restaurant in the preparation and presentation of all food items in accordance with the hotel's SOPs and standardized menu guidelines.
* Follow kitchen policies, procedures and service standards.
* Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage.
* Consistently offer professional, friendly and proactive guest service while supporting fellow Colleagues.
Requirements:
* Minimum 1 to 2 years previous work experience in similar positions in a luxury hotel or Italian restaurant is preferred
* Knowledge of Italian cuisine
