Manager - Supply Chain

of applications that optimizes cloud kitchen operations in real-time. As part

reinvent the food industry as we know it today.

With over ‎4,000 employees, Kitopi currently operates ‎200+ locations across the
UAE, KSA, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Qatar, and runs its engineering hub in Krakow,
Poland, and its global customer experience center in Dubai, UAE.

On a mission to continue disrupting, we are in immediate need for an
entrepreneurial, dynamic Supply Chain Manager to be based in Kuwait. To meet
Kitopi's goals, the Supply Chain Manager is responsible for onboarding Brands
across onto our platform and establishing a robust and efficient supply chain.
You will be accountable to assimilate brands whilst increasing our leverage
and maintaining the divisional supply chain standards through to internal and
external stakeholders.

What You'll Do

• Manage all aspects of the Supply Chain, maintaining systems & operating policies for effective procurement, accurate distribution, product compliance, forecasting, inventory, and replenishment at all levels.


• Monitor performance of the Supply Chain, develop budgets, and maintain them, and ensure timely and accurate information flows within and outside the Business.


• Manage the stock and planning management systems.


• Create a core master data warehouse platform.


• Educate and report all planning metrics.


• Ensure continuous and transparent feedback to the Business.


• Set and maintain agreed stock targets and re-order levels in conjunction with the Business.


• Set and maintain all transportation and storage targets and SLA's in conjunction with the requirements of the division.


• Manage all logistics vendor relationships resulting in secure commercial agreements for the consistent supply of goods both internationally and locally, supporting a replenishment process that consistently delivers required product volumes on-time and in-full, within date sensitive tolerances, via distribution chains to stores.


• Ensure that stocking policies result in a replenishment process that consistently delivers required product volumes on-time and in-full, within date sensitive tolerances, via distribution chain to stores.


• Co-ordinate with sales and operations planning by regularly reviewing systems and processes for distribution, product compliance, forecasting, inventory controls and scheduling, achieved through development of key performance indicators for each link in supply processes.

What We Look For

• Bachelor 's Degree, preferably in Supply Chain or Commerce.


• Solid background and experience in Supply Chain Operations & Procurement within the F&B/FMCG industry.


• Deep knowledge of MENA laws for customs, food safety, and local regulations.


• Experience and passion for commercials and supply chain system design.


• Proactivity and logical thinking with the ability to develop and maintain relationships with different stakeholders.


• Strong analytical skills and Tech-adaptable.


• Exceptional communication and organizational skills - having the ability to translate complex data patterns into everyday business processes, to summarize and present with clarity.
