This is an opportunity to be involved in the delivery of major sports stadia
and associated projects in Saudi Arabia.
Project: Mace is currently bidding for this programme which will require high-
calibre and experienced people to lead teams throughout each phase of the
project.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Effectively transition supply chain providers pursuant to desired commercials & terms e.g. evaluate and negotiate with incumbent suppliers, introduce alternative/preferred suppliers.
* Reviewing supplier contract and formation inc. SLA's, KPI's etc.
* Responsible for contract compliance & contract register and developing and applying SCM playbook/manual processes & procedures.
* Providing on boarding process within SCM systems and liaising with other gateway owners to progress i.e. Operations, QHSE and finance teams.
* Leading supplier sourcing, tenders/RFQ, selection and benchmarking.
* Managing platforms such as PowerBi and share point team portal.
* Driving vendor savings and strategic efficiencies within the supply chain, focusing on economies of scale and scope and innovation.
* Monitoring the team inbox and acting as a point of contact for general enquiries and escalations.
* Monitoring, reviewing and reporting supplier performance statistics.
* Delivering strategic supply chain management plans to identify and deliver value improvement (cost and service) for the client.
* Providing data collection and audit assurance of compliance to KPIs.
* Maintaining and supporting the master scope 'cost and frequency' file.
* Assisting operational team with communication of potential changes in the market place including statutory.
