Country Manager, Kuwait

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Plan and execute implementation of strategies and coordination of resources necessary to optimize strategies.
* Engage in product demonstration and clinical evaluation.
* Provide support to appropriate Distributors regarding key account whole-house conversions.
* Position Masimo Rainbow SET as the new standard for pulse co-oximetry. Participate in programs to build and maintain end-user awareness (e.g., trade show, regional symposium, competitive analysis, advertising, etc.),
* Responsible for recruiting new employees in assigned territory in cooperation with Middle East Senior Region Director.
* Responsible of annual objectives in assigned territory.
* Provide marketing input to upper management including market trends and competitive activity.
* Interface with senior level managers to maintain mutual understanding of product design needs, regulatory, and production requirements.
* Prepare and maintain budgets for all activities.
* Maintain thorough product knowledge including ability to demonstrate products, position products vs. competitive products and in-service end-users.
* Plan, execute, and direct overall Key Account (Department conversions and Whole House Conversion) program, including development of account strategies, implementation of strategies, and coordination of resources necessary to optimize strategies.
* Interface with senior level managers to maintain mutual understanding of product design needs, regulatory, and production requirements.
* Create/maintain list of forecasted business for provision to Middle East Senior Region Director.
* Ability to assist in establishing Masimo representative office in Kuwait.
Minimum Education :
* Bachelor's degree in "Biomedical engineering, nursing or medical related field" is required
* Post graduated in business administration would be a plus.
Desired Training, Experience, and Characteristics:
* Minimum ‎10 years of working experience in a key account management role within an organization. Must be a mature thinking and acting professional with good common sense and judgment, and a broad business perspective with outstanding administrative skills.
* Very high bandwidth individual dedicated to Masimo and chosen career. Highly intelligent, perceptive individual who possesses excellent conceptual, analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills.
* Must be results oriented with a positive "can do" attitude and a sense of urgency to get things done.
* Experience working in both large structured and small entrepreneurial organizations. Must be sensitive to the constraints of a "start-up" operation and capable of working effectively in such an environment and possess the flexibility in reacting to new situations and adaptability for working in a new environment.
* Experience working with OEM and distributors.
* Experience calling on administration and corporate presidents.
* Comfortable in high visibility situations and exhibits strong self-confidence.
* Must be a self-starter; a "hands-on" individual who enjoys challenge and is dedicated to getting the job done with minimal support and direction. Must be accustomed to a heavy travel schedule.
* Must be PC literate, have excellent organizational, communication, writing, and project management skills.
* Experience in registration of products with FDA
* Experience in working with the SGH, and non-SGH hospitals
* Experience in required licenses by local authorities
* Experience in leading teams
* Strategic thinking, and ability to plan for the long term; ‎5-year planning
