PURPOSE:
To achieve sustainable financial growth of net new and existing customer by
developing relationships and interest in Aramex solution based of customers'
requirements and to regain the inactive customers as well as maintaining and
developing low revenue customers.
CUSTOMER:
* Develop and maintain an effective relationship with customers and ensure best practices to meet customer needs and expectations to capitalize on growth.
* Understand and analyze the customers' business objectives in order to build a proper profile and to act as a consultant for customers' business strategy.
* Present solutions to customer, demonstrating values for business and goal alignment.
* Identify and develop effective relationships with key contacts within targeted customer organizations to ensure maximum leverage for the company.
* Continuously monitor and provide management with regular feedback about market trends and competitor activities.
* Ensure privacy and confidentiality of customer data in line with data security policies in the company.
* Report any information that might impact company image, brand, or functioning.
PEOPLE:
* Facilitate the flow of information horizontally and vertically.
* Set KPIs and share it with direct report.
OPERATIONS:
* Analyze customers' performance to increase their growth and production.
* Increase cross selling and upselling opportunities.
* Analyze stopped clients to find solution to regain their business.
* Follow up on top customers' unresolved requests and ensure resolving pending problems.
* Conduct field visits with direct report to potential clients.
* Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data updated in the CRM system.
* Ensure having valid customers contract and ensure they are renewed on time.
* Generate and nurture leads in co-ordinate with vertical marketing and field marketing activities that will help generate targeted new revenue growth.
* Work closely with the solution group to define innovation solutions that provide value to customers' business operations.
* Collaborate with Account Manager to create seamless customer experience.
* Engaging in research for the purpose of expanding personal and company knowledge of industry trends, best practices, marketing, and sales.
FINANCIAL RESULTS:
* Ensure KPIs have been met direct report expectations.
* Increase Market share.
Effectively plan and allocate needed resourced to achieve the target.
Qualifications and Experience:
Education:
* Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, or any other field.
* Strong English language skills.
Experience:
2 - 3 years' experience in freight forwarding and logistics industries.
Knowledge and Skills:
Knowledge:
* Strong Business Acumen and Industry knowledge.
Skills:
* Strong Communication skills.
Ability to analyst problems and have a creative thinking to adapt a proper
solution for customers.
