A leading Luxury Fashion & Jewellery Retailer in Kuwait is looking to recruit
a HR Internal Communications Specialist
Key Responsibilities
1. Handle internal communications to communicate deadlines and initiatives to
employees effectively
2. Act as a spokesperson for [Company] 's HR leadership team
3. Create communication strategies to enhance employee engagement
4. Work closely with our leadership team to help employees understand our
company's objectives
5. Respond to employee inquiries and address any issues they may be
experiencing to help maintain positive employee relations
6. Write and edit content for internal employee communications, such as memos
and newsletters
7. Keep employees updated on important news, events, and deadlines terms of
any news in the company using reels and Instagram instead of newsletter,
8. Prepare events calendar and work on it. Plan and organize internal events
9. Handling all employee's enquiries, exit interviews and investigations when
required.
Candidate Profile:
1. Requirement open for Arab nationals.
2. Female candidates preferred
3. Bachelors in Business Administration or related.
4. Minimum 3 years of experience in the same position with reputable company.
