Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Serving as a focal point between the hospital departments and the clients.
Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward the
clients at all times.
Ensuring clients are properly greeted and welcomed at the reception desk.
Providing accurate information as requested by clients at the desk or over the
phone.
Directing clients according to their respective queries/departments.
Helping clients in rescheduling/modifications of appointments.
Managing patient complaints in recording, and sending it to the concerned to
resolve.
Listen to customers’ concerns, issues and questions.
Resolve customers’ concerns and answer customers’ questions to the best
possible way.
Following up with patients to ensure their inquiry or complaint has been
satisfactorily resolved.
Responsible for managing patient reward system.
Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Maintain a working knowledge of department policies and procedures.
Secure everything at Information and Services desk at the end of each shift.
Performing administrative and clerical duties, such as filing paperwork, when
necessary.
Others as assigned by the department manager.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in business management or any related field.
At least 4 years of related work experience.
Customer service oriented personality.
Stress tolerance.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
