Job Description
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Answer calls professionally to provide information about Ajar services and
obtain details of complaints.
Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of
inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions, are taken.
Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers requests.
Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated
departments for further investigation.
Generating sales leads that develop into new customers.
Maintains customer records by updating information.
Skills
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Bachelors degree in sales, marketing or related fields or equivalent
experience.
‎2+ yeas of experience in customer support/tele sales or related.
Experience in using Zendesk, Ziwo and Hubspot is a must
Strong computer skills in Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
Ability to build and maintain good relationships with clients.
Ability to train customers and users.
Strong work ethics.
Must be customer focused and Internet literate.
Excellent communication skills in English & Arabic, both written and verbal.
