This is an entry level position for Students and fresh diploma/degree holders
As a Customer Service Agent, your role would be to:

Provide accurate and timely information regarding shipments, delivery
schedules, and product availability
Process shipments in timely manner
Resolve customer issues and concerns promptly, ensuring a positive and
