• Digital Marketing Proficiency: Utilize digital marketing tools and
strategies to promote our services and expand our reach.
• IT Literacy: Possess a strong understanding of IT systems and technology
relevant to the exchange house operations.
• Collaborative Communication: Demonstrate excellent communication skills in
English, fostering effective communication within the team and across
departments.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate seamlessly with various departments to
streamline processes and enhance service delivery.
• Autonomy and Initiative: Exhibit a proactive approach, taking the lead on
initiatives and displaying autonomy in decision-making.
Requirements:

• Minimum ‎5 years of proven experience in exchange operations management.
