Responsibilities
:
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop
effective recruitment strategies.
Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through various channels, including
online job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks.
Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to determine candidate
qualifications and cultural fit.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer
acceptance, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Develop and maintain a network of qualified candidates for future
opportunities.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent
acquisition.
Utilize applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools to streamline
the hiring process and maintain accurate candidate data.
Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities to management.
Requirements:
High school diploma
Solid understanding of full-cycle recruiting processes and best practices.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
