Cater to client queries by providing accurate data using appropriate
communication channels.
Adhere to strict deadlines for solving project-related issues and provide
appropriate suggestions for achieving the desired results.
Create a concise report on client interaction to facilitate a swift decision-
making process.
Stay up-to-date with the organization's new regulations, products, and service
launches through efficient communication with the management.
Understand client requirements to identify and resolve any shortcomings or
flaws in a product.
المهارات
Proven customer support experience: from 6 months to 1 year.
Candidate should have excellent communication skills in both Arabic and
English.
Good listening skills with fluent communication to address all concerns and
doubts of the customers.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
A skilled individual, capable of completing assigned tasks and
responsibilities in the defined schedule.
Excellent computer skills.
